The Munte is the oldeste of the remaining wine taverns of Brugges. The front facade is dated from the end of the 15 th century, and is in gothic style, ending with 3 pointed gables.

The facade is made out of stone, with Brugian spans. De velden boven de vensters metThe areas above the windows with bar frames are decorated with tracery amongst the existing trilobated tracery.

The central entrance was built in 1952 .It is located under a Tudorarch, provided with a finial.
