This building from 1878 by the architect Gédéon Bordiau is a mixture of New Renaissance and New Baroque, just like the 'De kater en De Kat' a little further. The wide middle ressault (there is only one span left at both sides) sustains a wide balcony, and is richely decorated with pillars and caryatids, heads, buttons and flowers. The top of the fassade is decorated with a groupe of statues with the America Miss Libertyen.
