Urinating in the city against walls etc is a very typical problem - mainly on moments when a lot of people and drinks gather in a small area.

To get this under control, the city of Ghent follows a 2 track approach: on one hand foreseeing a lot of toilets (toown furniture), on the other hand repression with high fines.
