This Art-Nouveau gentlemen's house was built in 1902 according the plans of Charles Pil. It is double house of three spans. The glazed bricks vivified with green storokes, button motives and flower decorated bricks.Parts of the interior were saved, f. i. the marble chemneyhood, the stuccowork ciellings and the wooden floors.
