The shickle in the back is in fact a group of buildings built during the 14th but most during the 15th century.These constructions are situated around a sort of inner court with a galery.
The red cloloured brick facades with the horizontaliserende mouldings with horizontalising effects are in contrast with the sandston tower from the 15th century, which was crowned in the 16th century with a renaissancebelvédère .
