The magnificiancy of this building and this parc is pulverized by the towerhigh buildings in the neighbourhood.

Nevertheless the complete site, with rotonde with dome in the middle on top of a crown of Ionic colons,is still imposant. The dome in the middle is connected via glazed verandahs with terminal pavillons, which make one think of antique temples.

Amongst others Suys is enumerated as architecte.
